Sunday School & Growth Groups
Sunday School for children and youth meets Sundays at 11:30am.  Classes are formed by the age ranges of 2-year-olds, 3yrs.-2nd grade, 3rd-5th grade. Middle and high school now meet together and are going through a modified version of the “Lightbearers” Christian world view curriculum by Summit Ministries.

Our
adults also gather at 11:30am for Growth Groups. The three options currently offered are a sermon response group, a marriage group and The Truth Project from Focus on the Family.

A.W.A.N.A.
A.W.A.N.A. stands for “Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed”. This is our Wednesday night club for children from Kindergarten through grade 6 that meets from 6:30-8:00pm.  The children enjoy a game time, memorize Scripture, and learn more about God through devoted leaders.

SOULED OUT Student Ministries
Souled Out Student Ministries exists to exalt the Lord Jesus Christ by reaching teens that don't know Him,encouraging those who do, and equipping them to love, serve and live for Him!

Currently our group is around 20 youth ranging from 6th-12th grade. We do several ministry & fun activities over the course of a year and meet weekly on Wednesday nights. This time has the high school & middle school students combined for worship (and frequently a game/hangout time) then usually separated for a scriptural lesson time.

Victory House Ministries
A ministry of outreach and mentoring for high risk juveniles. Victory House is coordinated by Northwood elder and Juvenile Detention Center chaplain, John Duebel. It is centered around youth in and released form the detention center. The goal of this ministry is to connect these young people with long-term mentors and to include their families and community whenever possible.

Ladies Ministry

The ladies ministry of Northwood community Church's purpose is to glorify God by developing godly women in a safe and loving environment through worship, Bible study, prayer, fellowship and outreach to other women.

Mens’ Northwood Connection
This ministry is designed to empower men to develop personal connections in order to help one another grow in their relationship with Christ. We accomplish this by meeting every other Tuesday for studying the Word, sharing & praying together as well as other fellowship activities.
